How do I break up with a friend?

Me and this girl have been sorta friends for like 2 months now. She's getting in the way of pretty much all of my friends. My friends hate her and I don't really like her that much. I just don't want to hurt her because almost everyone hates her. One of my best friends said I have 2 days to stop being friends with the girl. I don't want to be friends with her but I don't know how to I guess break up with her. How can I stop being friends with her?How do I break up with a friend?
Well i would tell her you dont think you are compatible as friends. Just say your really busy with your job school work whatever. I would just say your too busy. I mean there is no way to be nice about it. I dont really say anything i just ignore them, only when they have really hurt me in some way. Also its not very nice of that friend of yours to pressure you. You do whats right for you, just let her know she didnt do anything wrong. Be nice about it and let her know you just cant be friends due to being busy. You dont really have to go into detail about it just use that as an excuse that's not mean.
