I recently started going out with my best guy friend. I love him a lot, but I just really don't want to date him. I really don't like breaking up with people because i don't know how they are going to react. I'd much rather them break up with me because I can take it. I can tell he isn't planning on ending it anytime soon, but if I just come out and say, ';I don't want to date you'; I doubt things will ever be the same. either way, it wont be the same.
you could ignore him for a week or so.. and then just come back friendly as all get out after he ends things, and try to repair what was.
