I have been dating my best friend for almost a month. This thursday will be our month. But its not working out but thinking about breaking up with him or being near him is making me sick to my stomach. How should I deal with this?How do you break up with your best friend?
If it's not working out then you owe it to both of you to break up. If it's only been a month then hopefully you can save the friendship. You may not be able to go back to being best friends right away but over time you will both heal and get over it.

Tell him you just want to be bestfriends again. If he doesn't get that, say that all will be the same except that he doesn't get to have sex with you.
