Last year, my friend Lilly had a crush on the guy (Mark) that sat next to me. He and I became really good friends but I didn't like him in that way. However, he liked me a lot since the beginning of the year and wanted to ask me out.Mark' friend, John, told Mark that I did not like him but Lilly did. After spring break, Mark asked Lilly out and she was super happy. At the time, we all thought he liked her but now we think that he only asked her to have a girlfriend. I didn't find out he liked me until this year. He never asked me out because he said I was too good for him and that made me pissed because it made my friend less than me. Also, I froze him out but I'm never rude to him when she's around. The other day, though, he double flipped me off and told me ';f*** you'; (she wasn't there) because I was teasing some of my guy friends.
He makes her mad all the time because he says that she goes to parties to flirt with other guys, but her parents don't let her go out too much. And he flirts with other girls all the time. He makes a big deal about Lilly's friends when he hugs them. She is also doing terrible in the classes they have together. He's her first boyfriend, too. Her mom and all of her friends want them to break up and I do too.
I wonder if I should reveal this info to her. If so, how do I do it so I don't ruin our friendship?Should I do anything to break up my friend's bad relationship. it's based on lies...?
