How do you break-up with a friend?

i have this friend who lives by me, we go to school together. he annoys the hell out of me and he will call me all the time. i told him not to but then he will anyways. but if i dont pick up he acts like, what's my problem? i dont know what to do... and i dont want to hurt his feelings.How do you break-up with a friend?

i have a ';friend'; like that, too... she thinks we're friends but i cannot STAND her. and she seriously cannot take a hint. i've tried to be nice but now i just outright tell her ';stop. following. me.'; and she laughs and keeps walking next to me.





make excuses to leave when you're with him, and when he asks what your problem is act indifferent. it's hard because you don't want to be mean to anybody but if they're really persistent, well, you're not obligated to be friends with anyone.
